Aluminum tube evaporators are a highly efficient and energy-saving type of evap
orator widely used in cold storage, especially in low-temperature freezing and
refrigerated storage. Its core is composed of tubes extruded from aluminum alloy
(common grades such as 6063 and 6061), and is connected into a refrigeration
circuit through high-frequency resistance welding or CO₂ gas shielded welding
(MIG welding) process.
The aluminum tube evaporator is composed of an aluminum base tube and an inte
grally formed aluminum alloy fin, forming an efficient parallel air flow channel.
During the refrigeration operation, cold air generates a significant “flue effect”
in the channel, accelerating its descent and simultaneously promoting the intense
convection of cold and hot air inside the warehouse, thereby achieving a rapid and
uniform drop in the warehouse temperature.
Aluminum tube evaporators are mainly suitable for various cold storage environ
ments with a working temperature range of +10℃ to -45℃, especially for freezing
and refrigeration application scenarios with strict requirements for food dry loss
control and temperature stability
